Yes. It's the same platform so you don't even need to link accounts. If you log in with your Xbox Live account, everything will be there waiting for you. You may just need to adjust your settings.

DD game data is saved on the server, not the consoles. So, as @PennStateFencer said, as long as you use the same account, all of your progress will be there.
