Hey! Same thing happened to me. If you haven't already, submit a ticket to SDS. The following day I had a response in my inbox & they had awarded me with the diamond equipment pack that I would have gotten for completing the collection. My collection still displays as glitched in-game, (doesn't say completed - and shows 35/35), but I did receive response/received the diamond pack the following day as mentioned.
Hopefully your response will be as timely as the one I received, but if not, id assume they will get this taken care of for you soon.
