I have both systems and play on a LGCX 65” OLED TV. Just wanted to get your feedback to see what you guys think. Here’s my honest opinion on how both perform for the show:

Graphics- Xbox by a mile. For some reason it seems the this game is brighter and clearer on Xbox.

Gameplay- Similiar. Don’t really see a difference with timing or performance for either system. Since the Xbox is clearer and brighter maybe it’s easier to see and track the ball but it’s too difficult to tell a major difference.

Controller- ps5 crushes the Xbox. Basically if you wanna use PPP you have to buy a 3rd party wired controller. Kinda lame IMO. Shame this has been out for two years on this platform and the OEM controllers don’t work right for this game. This has gotta be a fix between Microsoft and SDS at this point.

    What are your thoughts?

    I have a very similar setup, except I have a 48" C1.

I dont notice a difference in graphic at all. Though on Xbox I can use Dolby Vision instead of regular HDR. Usually I just go with HDR though, as Dolby seems more for movies.

Gameplay is overall similar except for batting. For some reason I much prefer hitting on Xbox over PS5. Though it isnt enough of a difference to make me choose it over PS5. Just feels smoother and I feel I have better timing.

PS5 controller is 100% better. Obviously the issue with the Microsoft branded controllers kill it for Xbox, but I even prefer PS5 over my power A. Though the power A is a game changer when using only Xbox.

As a side note, there is one other little PS5 thing I like over Xbox too. On PS5 when placing a bid on the marketplace you can just hit R2 I believe to post your bid after entered. On Xbox you have to hit the START button. Very cumbersome for me. SO if I am doing some flipping definitely prefer PS5.

Why do you think it’s more dim for me on the PS5 vs Xbox? Is there a particular setting I’m missing? BTW I heard C1 is disgustingly good…

I am not sure. Make sure your setting are similar on TV. Also see if both are using HDR or not.

Yes the C1 is nice. Probably not much different than the CX though. I have been eyeing that 42" C2 but its been more expensive than the 48" version lately. Hoping it gets down in price.
