How is it that we can't use kaiju and incognito bosses in mini seasons 2!? That makes no sense

U can use incognito cards and future stars. But I don’t think the monster cards qualify

Gotta be cards from the program. Kaiju and the incognito bosses from XP path are not in the TA Program
