Today, for the first time in Conquest, I had gone through the entire bullpen of my opponent in a single inning. I was playing the Reds in the Central TA map and had a 26-run 2nd inning where I faced every single bullpen pitcher. This was a good way to rack up some PXP for the TA programs as well.

How in the heck do you score 26 runs in an inning especially on Veteran. When I play on Veteran; I'm lucky if I put up 3-5 runs a game.

Even Rookie (best I've done is 12 runs a game) and All-Star (best I've done is 7 runs a game) are usually 2-3 run games

I was definitely "in the zone" during that inning as 26 runs in an inning of Conquest is unusual for me. I can put up 20+ runs in an inning vs CPU games in almost every game, but Conquest is different. Also, 20+ runs in vs CPU games doesn't deplete the bullpen either.

I've had 11 run innings but 20+ is very impressive. My highest score (this was in a 9 inning game) was 45-2 against the Rockies, they used there entire bullpen and even turned to a starter in the 8th inning.

I have not been able to get a starter to come in relief vs CPU. So I'm jealous of you there! 😂 My best came the other day getting Spahn his PXP mission done for the Kaiju program. I beat the Tigers 72-6 in that game and the CP Lange pitched the last three innings. Funny, I gave up 6 runs that game because I would keep walking batters so I can have a runner on base because of Spahn's horrible windup! I am also surprised I didn't have any 20+ run innings in that game. I will not ever use that Spahn card again! I would love to go through every pitcher on the roster to include the other SPs!

Yah i was suprised lol didn't even know it was possible, I was watching them warm up reilevers and their bullpen bench kept getting smaller and smaller until it was only Bard left and then they used Bard in the 7th and I rocked him like every other reliever they threw out to the mound and in the 8th they sent out Marquez lol.

I don't blame you with Sphan if you don't walk the first batter of the inning you better expect a very long game. I hate his windup, same goes for Cy Young and Christy Mathewson. I've warmed to Walter Johnson's windup.

*odd decision here to walk the leadoff hitter to get to the power hitter) this is the worst year for the announcers, I don't know who annoys me more Singleton or Boog.

Singleton saying he could never take a walk yah we know, we watched you play in the late 90s early 2000s, strikeout machine lol. He had a 5 year carrer.

😀 He could possibly draw a walk if they gave the pitchers a false scouting report! 🙄 There is some room for improvement there!

Fun thing about Spahn, his delivery is about 4-6 seconds quicker than it used to be.

I don't think I had used him before since there was no stat or PXP mission that I remember! That games was long with all those runs, I didn't want another hour of that game of just waiting for Spahn to throw the darn ball! I know that was his actual delivery and I wish I could play more with him, but I just can't with that delivery.
