My ranked rating is 192 when i made cs last season

I was a 830 then on friday it went down to 192

Submit a ticket and they'll fix it for you. Saw some others with the same issue and that seemed to work for them.

Sounds like it happened to a lot of people who made CS or WS. Probably the reason it sounds like lower ranked guys are getting blasted around even more than normal for the start of a new season.
