Why do my pitchers get tired so fast in these offline 3 inning games and the CPUs pitchers [censored] near stay in the green? Shouldn't this be an easy fix? It takes way more time getting missions done with this happening every game.

I find in Conquest you can leave your pitcher in and still be effective, Mini-Seasons is where you probably want to take the pitcher out... personally if you are doing a pitching mission of any kind you might as well just fire up a 9-inning game and quit out if you have to, if you don't want to play the full 9--innings.
That's what I did today... needed 7-strikeouts with Michael King but after striking out the side in one inning I saw that I wasn't going to be able to finish so I simply quit out and took whatever stats, xp and pxp from that game and will try to get the other 4 strikeouts after work tonight.
