Blatantly Cheating

I’m currently in a game where the opponent is changing his field alignment to the same preset each pitch. No matter where I hit the ball, even clear gappers, his fielders are magically appearing where the ball would land. Currently winning 1-0 because I hit a HR with Acuna.
I’d say lag, but it is every single batter and no other issues at all.
Is a bug like this a known issue?

How is setting a shift cheating?
Every single ball, no matter where it’s hit, the guys players are magically appearing. Like not on screen at all. Plus the shift being used wouldn’t put players on that position.

It also takes a lot for me to say someone’s cheating, rather than bad luck.
