From one team to another? No, but you can rebrand your franchise. So it’s like a relocation. You can give them a new stadium and give them your own created uniforms.

If you turn on “GM Contracts” at the start of creating a franchise (after picking your initial team), you can hop around to different teams every three years I believe.
