Online is just awful

So I’m playing an event game against some who’s pretty awful. Of course all I’m facing is 102mph fastballs which is ridiculously hard to hit but get a few well hit balls and of course they just lead to outs..
anyways we get to extras and all this clown is trying to do is bunt cause he can’t hit at all and in ran into multiple double plays being dumb.
Then of course I know he’s going to try and bunt again so I throw a change up in the dirt because anything else is an automatic bunt online even with horrible bunters and what do you know he bunts the ball that’s in the dirt and wins the game..Ya from well timed hits to always leading to outs and seemingly only being rewarded if you suck and are late on everything to dumb [censored] like this and facing 102mph fastballs all game I think I’m done.
Deleted the game after this stupid [censored]. I hadn’t played the show in a few years and figured I’d give it another shot but this game just purely sucks.

Ha! So, you say you haven't played the game in a few years...you jump into an events game...face 102 mph fastballs...you can't catch up to no matter how many times you see it in a single game...you delete the game after playing one game...and you come to complain on the forum after playing one game online since a few years when you expected to be able to be good at the game in less than one game? Lol of course 99 fastball up and in against kwan and this guy goes opposite field soft single on a very late swing… but good squared up pitches go directly at outfielders constantly… ya I’m officially done with this game. What a wast of time this game is.. good luck to anybody that actually finds a broken game fun.

I agree with you that you should quit playing the game. This game is definitely not for you, my man! Super Mario Cart might be more your thing!

He is FOS! That was not his first game in a "few years". He has been on here complaining near daily about one thing or another with the game or the players he faces off with. "They bunt, they use directional, they're using a Cronus, there are too many high end free cards", etc.... and on and on it goes.
He posted like 10 hours ago about which "Boss" (Chipper, Babe, Pedro) to take. Since he has deleted the game, I guess he doesn't have to worry about that pressing decision now.

I get hits every game from perfect/perfect as well as balls I am late on. I also make outs from the same perfect/perfect and late hits.
I would even wager that Bryce Harper, Mookie Betts, Aaron Judge, & a whole host of other elite hitters have hit ground outs and pop ups on balls they believed they hit "perfectly". It's baseball and nothing is a guaranteed hit or HR.
You are aware the pitcher's attributes are factored in to this equation right?

Really good players practice everyday before jumping online to play. Myself personally if I take off longer then a week find online play difficult for a few innings.

I think you’re telling stories…I’ve played my fair share of bunt cheese and I have never seen them land a bunt on a pitch in the dirt.

Nothing but a bunch of boot licking trolls here and this always has been it’s a real shame maybe the worst online community on any games official forums. Absolutely no civility and it’s just loaded with confirmation bias to an extreme. The online has always been of very questionable quality and the way SDS handles it much like they moderate their forums is just lazy.

I don't know, every Madden forum I have ever been on has been far worse IMO. Toxic doesn't even begin to describe it.

How should they moderate the forums? Sounds like you’re “one of them” that thinks if they don’t share your opinions then they shouldn’t have a voice and should be canceled.
