I have signed up for the scouting report packs multiple times, and every time i sign up its says i am already subscribed, yet I still have not gotten the April scouting report pack. Is there any way to fix this ?

You have to wait until this month's drop. You have to be signed up a certain amount of time prior to them dropping the monthly pack.
