Scouting pack and app

I know this is off topic for DD but I’m looking help. I received all the Scouting packs last year but didn’t receive the one this month. I checked and I’m still subscribed. Also my notifications on buys and sells don’t show as they’re occurring on my app. I have sent tickets in but have received no response. As always any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I just unsubscribed and then resubcribed to see if that works (didn’t get my April pack but have gotten them all in years past).

Have you changed your email? 2 years, I received packs every month, then changed my email, and didn't receive any last year. I changed it back to the original email and received last month's.
