Definitely. I think Bryson Stott should get one as well. .317 average, leads the league in hits, longest hitting streak to start a season in Philly history etc.
-
Surprised nobody has mentioned Jarred Kelenic.
-
Of course no one is talking about Jorge Mateo/Yennier Cano. They play for a professional sports team in Baltimore.

Jorge Mateo 100% deserves a card and with that speed it would be a lot of fun.
Just looked at the stats and other players who are deserving of at least a POTM card-
Tairo Estrada
Nico Hoerner
Gerrit Cole
David Bednar
Kevin Gausman
Spencer Strider. -
Why no love for Masataka Yoshida?

April has ended. Who do you think will be the lightning POTM and who else RS a card? If I thought they’d start with a lightning pitcher, I’d say it would be Sonny Gray. 4-0, 0.77 ERA. But the community probably wants a hitter to kick off the seasons.
My guesses of some that will get cards-
Matt Chapman
Luis Arraez
Max Muncy
Josh Hader (though he already has a 99)
Xander BoegartsJust a few thoughts. Who do you think?
What I'm more interested in finding out is I'd these POTM cards are going to also be non sellable like the TN cards.
If they are, and they keep the same format to how you earn these like last year, you're only going to be able to unlock three players and not only will you have to do individual player PXP missions; you'll also have to do larger hitting and a larger pitching PXP missions.
Meaning you won't be able to rent players to get those missions done fast and you'll have to earn 1500, I assume, PXP for hitters and 2,500, I assume, PXP for pitchers. So you'll have to, at minimum, P2 two batters and P3 a pitcher before you can unlock any more cards.

Would like it to be Acuna but my guess would be Chapman. Acuna hitting .352 and leagues the league in steals with a 1.7 WAR.
-
GUYS. Geraldo Perdomo, still. Has an OPS above 1.000, an OPS+ in the 190's, a 1.5 WAR.
And is still rated like a 63 -- didn't get an upgrade in the roster update. Go get you some.
Glad I have like 90 of him...=)

Sonny is Him, the streets have been talking, Sonny Agenda is the way.
-
Cody Bellinger?

Stats are good! OPS+ in the 170's, hitting over .300. I'd love for him to get a card.

Have to agree. His line is insane. 4-0, sub-1 era, zero HR given up, 9+ k/9. Not that we need another RHP, but he doesn't have a good card yet and he's in the top 3 of most dominant players so far.
-
Definitely keep an eye on guys that got Supercharged that continued to play well but didn't get a Topps Now.

sinker cutter pitch mix, this game needs more starting pitching as well.
-
Nobody has mentioned Pete alonso like hes playing insane
-
Clayton Kershaw:
IP (38) 1st,
Wins (5) 1st,
WHIP (.763) 1st,
ERA (1.89) 4th,
K-BB (25%) 4th,
WAR (1.6) 4th among Pitchers. They may give him a (200th Win) Milestone card later though, which may affect things.

My question is who is the retro lighting card
No way they abandoned that just got smarter and didn't reveal it a month in advance
