Captain Series Requirement Changes???

Didnt they say they were gonna change the requirements on the Captains cards? Like instead of 5 players per boost, it was gonna be 4?

Only to certain cards and they did make that change.

Yep…and it totally worked. I’m constantly playing against squads with loaded with LS cards and an LS captain!
Oh wait…I’ve never played one. Not before the change or after.
I’ve used a few myself, early on just playing around I used the Helton and some Rockies (think Cron was Charged too) and Royals to see what kind of difference Contact made.
I’ve loaded up my staff with Cubs only when I pitch Kerry Wood and done the same with Reds to pitch Hunter Greene once or twice with Dibble as captain.
I seriously think I might be the only person on the planet to do this. If I think back…maybe I did play one guy early on with Salmon, Trout, and Ohtani…but it wasn’t a Tier 3 boost.
Whoever it is at SDS that thought this would get players to use LS cards either doesn’t know how this mode works…or was undercut by the them decided to do 99’s from Day 1 at the last minute after everything had already been mapped out.

Or I blame Jeter as cover athlete and Yankee Captain, so they came up with the Captains.
I used it a bit early, and am sorry I never unlocked all the Negro Leagues players to get that boost, which i heard is a very good one.
Heck, I still don't know what 'CORE' means, and how important it is or not
It is a great concept, but I haven't needed to explore it too much. -
They need to do this for all the captains, make the requirements a little more attainable

The change was made for Live Series Captains only, no other Captains have been changed as of yet but SDS did say they will be monitoring captains through the games cycle.
