Ohtani rule in rtts?

Has anyone had their pitcher bat DH during a game your pitching in RTTS? I've now made it to the majors as a 2 way but I have yet to be in the lineup to bat on the day I'm pitching

Nope. Only time I DH is the day before/after a start.

Same here. Don't tell me they fixed it in other modes but in rtts it doesn't work smh. They really said screw rtts this year

Same, it’s total [censored]. Why allow it in every mode but RTTS.

I’m not sure how “fixed” it is in franchise. I tried using the Angels and in game 2, which is after a day off he’s exhausted, so I didn’t even bother because I’m not sure he would do with only 10% of his stamina. I didn’t think he’d generate anything 4 days later to pitch in game 6.

I've been wondering this too. Idk If there is logic in the AI to do it. I really wanna do a 2 way player. As a shortstop for the Angels but I don't wanna steal ohtani's DH. I wish they changed the logic to make it so as a 2 way player can hit and pitch in the same game. Also I want a button that allows you to ask your coach/manager something such as being able to request a trade, a position change, or for 2 way players to be allowed to hit and pitch in the same game and play the field days you're not pitching without having to be a DH before and after starts.
