As a catcher there are no pop up plays behind the plate or even near the plate. Only plays as a catcher are chances to throw runners out and bunts. Could also be interesting if there was an opportunity to call pitches in clutch moments.

Have you turned fielding ops to 'all'?
You do get to call pitches but it's pretty rare.
