I’m having the same issue, logged in after work stubs balance was 0 and can’t connect to the servers. During the day my app was working as normal and was able to buy the new diamond duos packs. I put in a ticket to sds but haven’t heard anything.

I have the same issue. Been like this for 3 days. Have submitted multiple tickets, reached out via twitter, zero responses zero communication. This is unreal

Bump. Same issue but no message in game or email received explaining what happened?

All I got was suspension for market manipulation. Bought 10 bellingers on Tuesday. Still nothing in game showing suspension. The lack of communication from sds is amazing. Only area EA beats sds is customer support. Worst customer support of any company I’ve seen.

Thats what im assuming also - but i mean no email confirmation, no response to support tickets. Nothing. And ive literally done nothing. Nothing wrong

Do you seriously expect them to answer you? This post was from April 19th. Pretty much everyone who responded to the OP hasn't been logged onto this forum this month. Or do you just like to revive posts that have been dead for over two months?

No, he is the father of the person who plays the game. There was confusion with PSN Gift cards and his CC and he inadvertently did a charge back on his card to correctly apply to his gift card. Needless to say this caused his son's account to be suspended. I don't believe this guy uses this site or really was paying attention to the date. Probably just did an internet search and got here.
