Jackie Robinson Pack Not Appearing After Purchase?

Purchased on Xbox X, I checked & I have a receipt of the $5.32 from Microsoft. Any idea why it is not in My Packs?

You go to where you can buy subs in the game and then it will redden the pack and then you'll find it in your unopened packs

Can't get the pack because i'm in Canada. Always some of the only items i can't unlock.
