How do you make a pitcher, that has infield/outfield secondary positions your DH in BR?

If you can't select Dihigo for DH try to put him in one of his secondary positions in the infield or outfield and then swap him to DH spot.

I'm trying to do it before I join a game. When I select him it only lets me move him in the rotation.
And when I select the current DH; it only allow me to select a batter from my bench.

I've tried to put Ohtani in the field or dh a few times now. Before matchmaking and after and I could find any way. Not sure that you can.

No more insight? Did I waste a Diamond pick on an SP?
@dap1234567890 have you tried putting an SP with fielding secondaries in as a DH in BR? And if so, how?

Not sure if it's a bug or how it's just been designed into BR, but we haven't been able to use 2 way players correctly in BR since Day 1.

Have you tried to do it at the lineup screen before the game... only other option I'd say is to either pinch hit or pinch run for your DH (maybe put a low rated fielder in the game) for Dihigo... be careful though because I think one of the options forfeits the ability to use a DH for the rest of the game which would lead to your pitcher batting (like in real life) but you will get a prompt that will let you know if that is the case... if the prompt doesn't come up then you should be good to go.

I haven't done BR yet this year. But I would try to make the change in the lineup screen after selecting a pitcher and right before the game loads.
