SDS did finally get back to me after I reported this. It took them a month. They had me upload my RTTS progress and player to the cloud so they can look into it. Hopefully that means they will fix it soon

I wish there was a better way to contact SDS about this issue. I'm also having the same problem. I'd be more than happy to upload my RTTS file to the cloud for them to look at. I think they need to know that this isn't a problem impacting a few people but lots of people are having this issue.

How has this not been fixed yet!?!? It's a vital part of the game that affects how enjoyable playing my character is. I honestly just want a refund after waiting all this time.

SDS, how about you stop making MLB games so that another developer that actually listens to their player base and checks their forums will make one. This bug literally ruins being a pitcher in RTTS, and RTTS is the only mode I and many people want to play. FIX THE BUG!!! We have been reporting it since the game came out. If for some reason you can't fix it then at least acknowledge that you are aware of it and give us a workaround or some sort of compensation.

Still broken. At this point, we might as well wait until next game. They seem to have no motivation to get this done since DD makes them all their money. God forbid players want to enjoy multiple aspects of the game and play the nostalgic career mode. It’s sad really. This is probably a bug that could be fixed in one release cycle too. Yet I bet it’s not even on their board to work on. I guess I’ll find something else to waste my time on. Until next season.. if it remains free on game pass that is. Not worth it at this point. It’s been the same game since 2016 anyways.

I only play this for rtts, never played one DD game. Been playing since 18. Absolutely pointless to make a pitcher. SDS updated this app before they’ve even thought about fixing a bug that breaks the game mode as a pitcher. Glad this is on game pass. The state of this game is it’s only worth it if it’s free. In the words of the great Ron Burgundy. Go [censored] yourself San Diego.

This game is such a cool game but it sucks that they won’t fix a little problem it’s an is fix is such a shame they have lost so many players because of a little bug sad sad sad. Never paying for this again I hope this game is free on game pass next year again

I’m done giving SDS any money.
They only care about streamers.
Until the streamers complain, SDS will ignore everyone else. -
Having a preliminary meeting to explore filing a class action lawsuit. Don't expect much in terms of potential damages, but their legal costs will certainly be significantly higher than fixing the issue which is what would be asked for as a remedy.

Still not fixed eh? I long gave up on this game and it's integrity. I gave this year a chance after a few years of the same recycled RTTS and I'll just go back to not buying this game until Santa Monica can put on their big boy pants and do what they say they are going to do.
