Switch Offline Progress? - Team Affinity?

Quick question folks, got a 6 hour flight each way coming up and thought I might get the game for Switch to use that flight as some offline grind time.
If I don't have internet connection during the flight, and play through a March to October offline, will I be rewarded with Team Affinity progress when I reconnect on the ground or will it not register since I wasn't online during the playthrough?

Your offline progress will be included with your regular progress once you get internet service again - provided you have your accounts linked correctly. Make sure the account that has your current progress is your primary account and then whatever you do on your switch, offline or online will be added to it.
