What's the main attribute that determines PCI size for the pitcher
-
Is it K9 or H9 or both?
Whatever it is I think if the PCI could be decreased across the board it would help reduce every game being a moonshot event. Most people stats I look at have much higher ERAs compared to previous games.
I'm finding hof legend pitch online rated plays a lot better ball to bat .

I think it's H9. K9 affects the size of the outer PCI, which changes fouls into misses. That's already been nerfed this year.
K9 probably also messes with timing windows though -- not positive, but wouldn't be surprised.

Also, it's in the handbook in DD and in the in-game menu. Not saying they're spilling all of their secret sauce, but you can read up in those locations.

H/9 Is inner PCI, K/9 is outer PCI. Pitching clutch I believe replaces your H/9 with runners on base. One thing I have never been clear on is if the batters contact is higher does it equal out or exactly what formula is used ( a 125 contact hitter is facing a 125 H/9 pitcher with bases empty I would assume PCI size wouldn't change)
