Any Way to Report a Toxic Cheeser?

Yes, It’s 2023 and bunting is a rarely used strategy in MLB nowadays. But you’re playing with legends who bunted ALOT in their day, It’s not cheese and is easily countered by playing your 2nd & 3rd baseman in.
The running down the timer issue I’ll give you. I personally think you should get 3 minutes for the entire game that doesn’t rejuvenate. That’s plenty of time to make all in game decisions and allow for a pee break.
Lol, dude was bunting with Corbin Carroll and modern guys, but nice try attempting to connect it back to real life. Also, bunt defense is broken this year. It's like the Bad News Bears out there...
And for reference -- you can be on second, take a 3 step lead, and if the pitcher throws to 2 it's a guaranteed easy steal. If you just step off and chase the guy back...well, he'll do that over and over because he's out to make others miserable. It's an exploit.

Like so many other things in this game, bunting is broken af.
I'll try to bunt strategically every so often, but guys who can actually bunt and have high bunt RATINGS, Dee Strange-Gordon, for example.
Most bunt attempts will be an absolute waste. Especially in a sacrifice situation. Even with the high rating.
But when my opponent drag bunts with Bryce Harper or someone else who never bunts, it works every time.

No, not cheating per se. But bunting every play, abusing baserunning glitches, quick pitching -- all fine, I guess, and easy enough to counter.
But he ran down the pause timer 3 times. And kept quick pausing and stepping off the mound.
Now, I mercied him late and he never scored a run, but I'm not a great player and should have mercied him sooner. It's clear his strategy is to annoy people into quitting. His record was like 33-40.
What a miserable fool.
I had something similar the other day. I tood the lead and it was pause, then instantly unpause. Then after stopping his bunt cheese he asked for a friendly quit.
Don't know if it's different as I am playing 2020, but I go to game history and find the game and you can report the player there.
Having said that, SDS will do zero to police this though.

I reported one the other day during the game and next inning he got disconnected.

I doubt he got disconnected. I've reported several people for toxic play, and not lightly -- guys who spam pause, bunt dance, run down the pause timer multiple times, use baserunning exploits.
He must have quit.

I just don’t understand how doing that is actually fun for someone. Like… you’re literally wasting your OWN time…

Unfortunately, SDS not only does not police their online play, it seems like they actually reward this type of player.

Because some people really are that awful. There are many YT streamers who go online to do this for "content" and advertise it as "I broke the game", when really they are total d bags who live to ruin other peoples day.

There are some miserable curs out there for sure. They play online to make other people miserable like they are.
