Stuck in AA

I’m a 71 overall CF for the Dodgers org and just finished an entire AA season leading the league in every hitting category. I’m the highest overall CF in the entire organization but i haven’t even been called up to AAA even tho everyone says the call up is in August. I’m bored of playing AA games but i don’t want to give up. Am I missing something?

I’m not sure exactly how it works. I’m thinking it has something to do with how many games you sim and/or your overall rating. My first player I simulated a good bit and it took me 3 seasons to make it to the MLB. My second player I didn’t sim at all and was called up during my first pro season. Another factor is probably Major League depth at your position. If there’s a big leaguer at your position killing it it might be tougher to get called up.

Last year I played through to getting to majors a few times and every time it seemed like I was called up to AAA end of July-early August. I’ve only played one career so far this year and was called up to AAA July 25th and I was only a 68 overall, 4th best player at my position on the team. I wasn’t even hitting that well either.

Normally AAA happens shortly /beforeafter the All-Star game for me.
