Dynamic challenges not giving out program stars

Hello! So y’all know how the dynamic missions you get in game will grant you program stars? Well mine only give equipment now. And idk why. I’ve been trying to find an answer online was wondering if anyone maybe knows? I’m in Diamond tier now and I haven’t gotten a programs star dynamic challenge since the start of gold tier. Wondering if I did something wrong. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

I wonder if they only do it until you get to the big leagues to keep it hard or something

What I've noticed is they only give stars in the Minors and equipment in the Majors. I've noticed that since release.
