WBC Roki Sasaki and Ohtani

I know Ohtani is available from a Chase pack, and the market, but where was Sasaki? Was he in the ATW Set 1 packs?
I see he's only available on the market as of now.
And does anyone have any reviews of both cards? I'm looking to buy one or both of them.

Sasaki was AW1 rare round with Trout and Miggy

I just pulled the Ohtani but my first thought is do I sell? I'm so confused on what to do with my Stubbs this year.

Ohtani is fantastic. You can now always have him as your DH in addition to starting him when you want. If you have the Closer Ohtani then the SP will be very similar pitching wise. Then hitting, he has good stats against both RH and LH pitching so is a huge asset at the plate. Don’t have Sasaki yet but do want to get that one soon.

Yeah. Until I get him; I'm thinking of making that Charisma Reggie my DH. Gonna be tuff taking that card out of that spot.
