Update - Mini-Seasons Error - "Your Opponent Has An Invalid Roster"

Had one day off to be able to play some mini seasons. Got to game 26 and now have to restart the whole thing. How does that make any sense?
Edit: Apparently to fix the problem, we could restart the season, but I’ve seen multiple people report that despite restarting, they’ve still come up with this error.

I just got up on Saturday Morning wondering if I can play Mini Seasons> I started a new season yesterday at about 2pm central and 8 hours is and 21 games later it had invalid roster again for the Lords. So the problem is not fixed and would like an update on whether to start a new season or not to start a new season yet. Your original post is not accurate.

What a JOKE. Same stuff happened in 22 and yet again SDS can't get it right. Way to go for doing absolutely nothing to help the people with these problems.

This really sucks, I was a couple games from the playoffs on the TA one and had been playing for 4 1/2 hours and now I gotta restart. Can we atleast get some TA vouchers for compensation?

I would have to say that Mini Seasons is dead in the water until this is fixed and it is announced.

I usually don't post anything,but this is unacceptable. People that are working on TA to get those vouchers just played and wasted several hours to get screwed out of why they were playing the mode to begin with. All this does is deter people from wanting to play. You guys understand? Ok, well that does 0 to help. Y'all need to put a free pack with the same amount of vouchers we would get for completing.

While we were able to correct this error for new seasons, we were unable to do so for seasons that were already in progress.
This means that if you started a season before today’s update, and are receiving this error message when trying to play, you will need to restart your season.

I restarted the season and when I got back to play the same team I get the same error message!

I just spent 8 hours of my time to get nothing. I don’t know if you guys realize that some of us have lives outside of this and don’t have much free time. This is what I do with my free time and really enjoy it and when my entire week of free time is just thrown in the drain is just beyond words. I GOT NOTHING FROM IT. [censored] insane.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Seriously? I had already started mini-seasons, then played 5 games today, got to game 6 of the day and now I’m getting that error! I also started a new mini-season (Affinity) and made it through 7 games and then got the error. I agree 10 Vouchers would be a start of an apology!

The most SDS will give everyone is a 10 pack bundle. I agree the right thing to do would be to give us 10/15 vouchers and just say sorry we will work something in so that this dosn't happen again but i've been playing since 2017 so I know that will never happen.
I'm very happy now that i got through my mini seasons a day before this dumpster fire of a mess happened.

Afraid to even play Mini Seasons anymore at this point. I already lost one season which I had played 19 games last week when it just kept booting me out of the game when trying to launch, now yesterday, I lost 23 games and 8 hours of time after the upgrade and I was forced to restart. I have opened multiple tickets and still have never received a response to any of them. The way they gave up on this yesterday was horrible....they were like "It's Friday afternoon, lets just tell them they have to restart." I absolutely love the game this year otherwise, but this has been handled horribly, and something needs to be done.

@CBrev47_MLBTS that is unacceptable. Surely, things happen. Glitches need to be patched and fixes put in, but to simply say "oops, sorry, you are out 6 hours of your time" isn't acceptable customer service. The simple solution to this is to issue free vouchers to anyone who has restarted or stayed stuck since the issue began. Worst case, issue vouchers to everyone.

I got the game a week after release because of prior years burnout.
Started my first TA mini season last night and just got this error. Games 23-26 on the schedule were against the Lords so I was holding my breath after reading about this problem.
A response of 'just start over, your time isn't valuable' is poor. Very much so.
I shouldn't have caved and bought the game.
