Mini Seasons is glitched

I was playing Mini seasons last night, game had crashed in game 1 of playoffs & now it won't go past the awards screen or let me restart from scratch. I've submitted a bug report but was wondering if anyone has also encountered this issue & if they have a fix?
Sucks because I was very close to getting Mark Mulder & now I can't do anything with that mini seasons. Others work fine. -
Can you hold X or A at the rewards screen to skip. Then hold x or A to go to next game. Because the first round of the playoffs in wonky. Make you do that every time you back out and won’t let you change your lineup.

I can but it doesn't advance, just shows that I'm holding A down. I can't even see the match-up screen or manage squad. Then at the mini seasons select screen when I try reset it just puts me into that awards screen even if I hold it. It also won't let me back out of the awards screen either. I have to quit the app & reload it. It also says 1/28 games played. It's just broken for me right now, was trying different things earlier but, no success.

Yea when in the award screen you always have to hold the A down to advance to the game then it will flip the screen over to the matchup and show an L but you can hold A again to play the game still.
If that isn’t working I’d tried power cycling the Xbox or clearing the cache on the game. That has fixed a couple of problems I encountered. Like pxp not counting and I actually beat the Diamondbacks twice in conquest and it wouldn’t give me the stronghold until I hard reset my PlayStation.
If that doesn’t work for you that sucks man because those things are loooong and you have to do so many.

You're doing better than me. My game crashed and I got banned for 3 days for "cheating" abusing points. Over 3 days later it still doesn't work.

Here what I’ve done.
XBox Settings - System - Console Info - Reset console
Then choose (important) : Reset and keep my games and apps
Follow the instructions. That will clear your cache.
Install MLB and go to Mini Seasons
You should the be able to skip the Awards screen and have access to your next game
Worked like a charm for me

It's saying invalid opponent roster on mine as well -
My mini seasons is glitched. I cant progress past the awards table and I’ve tried everything. I’ve cleared my cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times, I’ve even held down a for like 10 minutes. Can anyone help?

Im at game 25 of the lefty mini season. The opposing team has a right hander in the rotation and cant move past the game.

Needing to beat the Lords to get my final Easter egg from the Easter Egg program, the Lords don’t have a valid roster…… I’ve never seen this ever!!!!!

As bad as you think it is consider what just happened to me. This morning I won the first game of a TA mini season playoff series. Just played 3 games where I beat the CPU but the game recorded them as losses. Season over. Thank you SDS. FIX YOUR GAME. You should be ashamed.
