25K XP Recharge spin not being rewarded

I’ve done the recharge 6 times I have 657,000XP and have only done 4 spins. Will show me completing the wheel after my game then just not give me it. Sent a account issue forum and I doubt they do anything with that. Like why grind the game if it’s not gonna give me what it’s supposed to not to mention every spin has been silver. Someone help maybe a dev sees this???

Same here, I've gone around 3 times and only rewarded once.

I did one earlier and it said I got the diamond reward , it gave me 7,500 Stubbs. Didn’t even know that was one of the possibilities

I've had this issue. I got a spin on the last time around, and I got a gold reward, never received those packs, then this time around it never even gave me the spin at all.

Same here. I’ve hit the cycle 3 times and have only spun once…frustrating.

There are several issues. Sometimes it will reward you the pack, stubs, etc.. prior to you "spinning" so you open the pack and then get the spin with no reward. Sometimes the threshold doesn't register and you get no reward, and sometimes you spin and don't get anything. I've encountered all 3.

I'm nearly at the end of the program and I've heard this multiple times.
I really hope it gets fixed soon or at least for the next program.
For me I'll likely be grinding out XP once the Double XP comes out to get more stubs so I can get the Set 1 cards done quicker for Chipper. -
In my third attempt hitting the threshold, the spinner happened immediately, and I received my reward (5 normal packs) immediately. Maybe good news.
