Disconnect Ban

Is there anyway to get my friend unbanned. His college Wi-Fi is fine but every now and a again it drops unexpectedly and always in a 2v2 or 3v3 match. Seems unfortunate that if we want to play a few games a night, we can’t if he disconnects then gets hit with a 3+ hour ban. For those who think he’s rage quitting, this has happened 4 times now and in 3 of those instances we had the lead.

WiFi in a mode that have 4 to 6 users. 🤭🤭🤭🤭
