Lost all my progress after trying to link Xbox account to PS5

Bought a ps5 today with the show 23, tried to link my xbox account to transfer progress and lost all my accumulated DD rewards. Bought standard for PS5 and Captain Edition for Xbox.

Unlink your accounts. You linked them incorrectly. You need to pick the one that has a stub balance.
Also, you do know that any preorder bonuses that were on the Xbox copy won't transfer to the PS5 account?
