Bug… Auto Base Running

Anyone seen a bug in your DD game where your base runner freezes half way between two bases? Eventually the opponent npc tracks the runner down for the out.
I also had a case where I had two players stuck on third. The right fielder ran all the way to third to get the out.
Again all in my diamond dynasty games using auto base running.
