Lost Deluxe Edition Packs

So I bought the base game physical copy then spent 40 dollars in the play station store to get the deluxe edition. When I was opening packs I lost connection to the server and restarted my game, when I logged back on I had to restart the tutorial and all of my packs and pulls were gone… is anyone else having this issue? And how can I solve this?
