Has anyone lost packs from a network connection freeze???

Go to open pack, then the loading animation at the bottom right goes for about 10-15 seconds then gone.
Happened twice and I lost 2 standard packs with this same network mess, I got video proof of the second time.
Anyone else get this?

Check your pack history on the app. They should show that they were opened and what you pulled.

It froze before the cards were revealed. Froze right as a clicked on it

Should still be there. If the pack isnt in your inventory; chances are it opened.
