When's the first roster update?

i might be wrong but i feel like the first roster update last year was almost a month after launch.

For upgrades,they said toward the end of April in the content stream.

I'm thinking at the end of April. Remember, attributes are going to be updated every three weeks this year.

4/21 (if its every three weeks) or 4/28 (if its three weeks between updates)... that would be my guess.
