Best way to contact SDS?

Anyone have any recommendations on how to contact SDS? I have a digital deluxe version of the game on ps5. It crashes all the time in franchise mode. If I try to load a save file it crashes. I have rebuild the database. I have uninstalled and reinstalled game. But nothing works each time I try and load a game I saved in the middle it crashes
I have wrote them on twitter, no response, wrote to Pat_SDS on here and he ignores my private chat. Tried submitting error reports and nothing. Even sent an email in nothing back. I get they dont care they just wanted my money like any other business but has to be a way to find out if they know these issues exist?

I doubt you get an individual response from anyone. I don't know about the other platforms but on the Sony consoles you should have the opportunity to submit the issue. Next option is to use that support link in the upper right of the forum. Click MLB The Show 23 and submit a bug report or an issue.
But again, other than acknowledgement that the report was received I would not expect a personalized reply. I am sure that their tech support is slammed right now.

Good luck but if you do can you ask them to have a option to turn on wind and to be able to change uniforms for online rated ( not DD real teams ranked) .
