This is happening to me as well now. was in the middle of mini seasons and all of a sudden PXP/captains missions stop counting for team TA

If you look at the player cards in game it changes whatever team they're on to Free Agents. Just noticed it in Conquest, even the Brewers players are showing as Free agent.
