Conquest Games Don’t Count/ Not Working

I played and won a conquest game to takeover a stronghold and the game didn’t register a win. Tried playing again and same issue, wasn’t able to take over the stronghold after winning. Any possible fix?

Try a hard system reset to clear the system chaque.

Did a hard reset and it worked, played them and won a 3rd time and it counted
