Missing packs /stubs

Still not seeing my pre-order packs and 30k stubs...

Did you try going into the menu for purchasing stubs and then backing out? That worked for me.

I do not have my packs or stubs available from my pre order. How can I get this resolved?

like the man just said, you have to go in to the purchase stubs screen, once you do that your content will load.

I did that and it only gives me the option to buy more.
