Mine did that too. I just deleted it and reinstalled and it updated automatically

People that are saying the app updated please identify if IOS or Android please. The issue is with IOS so need to know when that is working. Thank you.

I tried that and nothing changed. Hopefully it updates soon.

Still not available on IOS. Can’t use face scan on the game that we paid $100 for early access on.

It’s available in the Google Play store, so tbh this sounds like an Apple problem and not an SDS problem.

No its both, SDS has admitted there is a problem they are working on. Its not a huge deal, just more annoying than anything, as i flip cards at work lol.

I logged in and back out on Apple. Still can’t access 23 but now I am getting notifications (that I can’t turn off) for sell orders I am executing on the 23 website.
Notifications for 23 have come in for me on the app ever since 23 went live for Early Access... I'm not sure if it's a SONY issue but this feels more so like an APPLE issue unless SONY/SDS says otherwise.

Mine hasn't updated from 22 on Android. I went to the Google Play Store page and it says "This app isn't compatible with your device anymore. Contact the developers for more info." On this site's FAQ, it says minimum requirement is Android 11. I have an older phone, Galaxy S7, and I'm stuck on Android 8. So I guess I'm out of luck.
