86 Jeter no option to get him into squad

I redeemed 86 Jeter, opened the pack, he is in my collections, but I can't get him into the squad. He's not in the SS options, when I try to get him in. And not anywhere else, when I try change my bench for example

I'm not sure if this is your issue, but I noticed when I had 86 Jeter equipped, I couldn't swap him for the 92 captain version. After a slight panic thinking the game ate my card (it's happened at launch before) I realized he was still on my inventory under the Yankees.
I swaped 86 Jeter for a random bronze, and then had the option to put either one in. If you also have the 92 version, that could be it.

If you already have a Derek Jeter card on your squad, additional Derek Jeter cards will not show as replacement options, since you can only have one player of the same name equipped at a time. Try removing Bronze Derek Jeter from your squad if he is there.
