frozen game

I can't believe this still happens this late. I'm in an online rated game and it just froze. Feel bad for my opponent, he hit a 2 run bomb in the first.
I hit a pop up and he tried to double me up at first base and I think that animation froze it. I think it was an unnecessary throw over because he wasn't going to get me. -
I just closed the game and gave him the win.
