BenQ ZOWIE RL2455S 24 inch 1080p Gaming Monitor | 1ms 75Hz | Black Equalizer & Color Vibrance for Competitive Edge

This is the monitor I have. Can anyone confirm whether this will handle the full capacity of an Xbox Series S and give me 0 stadium lag while batting?

Do I need a special HDMI cable?

Do I need a cord to keep the Xbox controller wired in somehow?

You will not. This monitor will play at 60Hz. You will not need a special cable for 2K @60Hz or 2K @120Hz. But, you will need a different monitor to hit 120 FPS.

I don't know how often @vinnis1_PSN reads the forum, but he is one of the most knowledgeable people I have met for hardware. He's the one that put me on the right track a few years ago and showed me where to find good information. Hopefully, he will see this and chime in.

That’s crazy to me! Maybe I’ll just return the series S if it can’t be used to it’s full capacity without another $150 on a monitor. SMH.

So will I see any improvement from a PS4 experience in terms of input delay.

Or should I just stick with the PS4?

I play on both PS4 PRO and on XBOX series S on seperate accounts. Both on 1ms monitors. The experience is waaaaaaaaay better on XBOX series S. No stadium lag on my 4k 60 monitor no stadium lag on my 1080p 120 monitor. I also hit roughly 100 points higher across the board on series S. The lag on PS4 PRO kills batting averages. The game is flat out smoother and more enjoyable on series S. And I am a PlayStation "fanboy" some might say.

Vinny is leaving on a cruise today. Might be a week before he sees this.
