Does anyone know if this year’s game will have the pitch clock, bigger bases and banned shifts?

They’ve always had a pitch clock in online play. There will be no shifts in 23. They haven’t said anything about the distance between the bases being changed (larger bases).

Shift will be there, just like MLB rules. Two defenders on each side of the 2nd base and no infielders in shallow right… you’ll see defense shifted left or right but not as extreme as it was before.
