What can you even pull in the show packs 22?

I've got over 5k of them and not sure if it is worth my time in the slightest

Yeah same. I mean, if you’re still trying to collect card you can sell off all dupes. Or use them as exchanges for unfinished programs. Short of that, they are useless.

Are there only live series in them? Or anything else?

I have pulled non-Live cards from regular packs before, but only once or twice. That is far rarer than pulling a diamond. It's almost as rare as pulling a Trout.

I've pulled a few headliners out of standard packs.
Also, you could pull a Chase 5 pack (which have a chance of Finest Corbin, Prime Ernie Banks or other '22 finest cards) -

I've pulled quite a few as I try to finish grinding MLB The Show 22 Forever Program... got an Awards Bogarts and I pulled a couple of Finests cards from The Show pack as well... and I've pulled a few Chase packs as well after not pulling any for majority of my time with the game... not sure if The Show made it easier to pull diamonds but they have definitely been easier to pull as I finish up with the game... really hoping I can get to that 2M XP mark before MLB The Show 23 comes out.

The best thing you can pull right now in a regular pack is a Chase Pack. Then cross your fingers and pull a Nolan.
