Gonna take some credit for today’s announcement of yellow throws having to be “scooped” by the first baseman. I’d like to think I contributed quite a bit because I have left feedback like below on virtually every survey of theirs. Cool feeling

“The one I really want to see is a “scooping” attribute. Or it could just be tied into fielding. A yellow throw should should have the opportunity to be “scooped” if the first baseman is good enough. I’m sick of getting green throws and seeing the ball bounce and the 1B always catches it. That’s not always automatic. If you make a yellow throw it should be on the first baseman to bail you out just like IRL instead of it being random as it is. Some yellow throws are good, some are errors - randomly.“

Yeah I saw. But when OP offered this idea as feedback, this wasn't a thing yet.
