Madison Bumgarner 97 level up not showing 98

So I just got level 1 with my Madison Bumgarner 97, and he is showing level 1 side bar though not 98 up arrow under diamond. I have a screenshot but don't have permission to attach. Also, when selected he still has 97 score in lineup.

He just got +1 in his stats, not a +1 to his rating. Most of the time the rating does go up, but not always.

One more thing, TheShow22 Support page is saying I do not have access to view with both my xbox and psn logins.
