Scroll down to see the differences. You can make your choice by how much you want to pay and what comes with each edition.
All of those packs give you a kick start towards collection and forming teams.
Double daily rewards is where you get two cards each day you play instead of the standard one card.
Stubs are the currency in the game.

10K StubsChoice Packs - You choose the card(s) you want out of the pack depending on how many they allow you to pick.
Double Daily Reward - You get two rewards at login (player card/other card/Show Pack) instead of one... I believe you can redeem these every 24 hours.
Ballplayer Pack - I want to say this will give you Perks and Equipment for your Ballpalyer that you can use in DD and RTTS.
Show Pack - Standard pack that you get in the game for 1.5k stubs (used to be 1k stubs but I guess inflation).
Stubs - the in game currency that you can use to buy players, buy packs, enter BR, Events and Showdown by using these to pay the entry fee.

Thank you all. I guess if i am not interested in forming teams then the standard one is the way to go.Correct?

The teams you form are used in the programs. Either to play the CPU (Conquest, etc.) or online (ranked, etc.)
But, Yeah, if you're only going to do Franchise or RTTS, then you don't need the any cards.

yeah not going to get lots of Sponsorships out of the bonus packs and the only RTTS one that would really matter for most part is the Ballplayer Pack. I liked back in the day where they gave preorder bonus stuff for all the modes... I want to say in Franchise you got an increased budget... that was awesome cause you can run through your budget in Franchise if you not careful, free spending or just simply not paying attention.

If you're not going to indulge in Diamond Dynasty, then the ONLY useful perks in the Captain's/Deluxe edition are the Ballplayer pack and the Early access. (and the hat, I guess). Only you can decide whether that's worth the price differential.
