Question about RS settings

So now that the season is "over" and it's just one giant "league" and you get matched against anyone still playing what are the default settings for gameplay?
I am a 300 level player and while I understand that I will get whomever I get, so if I get a 900 level player too bad, but It seems like the setting defaults to HOF now. Super tiny PCI and almost impossible to control my pitches, even with good release.
I am referring to 2021 for this. Just want to know if I should just do events, and bail permanently on RS since at least I know the setting for that, but for 21 rarely is anyone there and I am trying to grind out some games because I still have a lot of cards to get.
I am actually enjoying 2020 much more and spend more time there since it's clear what I need to do to get what I need to complete card sets.

IIRC, the settings are based on the higher ranked player. But it’s been a while and I was never good enough for it to matter anyway.
