High curveballs

Over the last two or three days I have noticed in offline modes that there have been a lot more curveballs in the topmost part of the zone. I can't recall any MLB pitcher trying to to that.
Is this something anyone else is seeing?

What makes you think the pitcher is actually trying to do that? Any pitch can end up anywhere, depending on the balls release point and his control. A hanging curveball is simply a mistake and mistakes leave the yard.

I understand that in theory, but I have not seen that before the last few days. I would not even question it if this was online, because humans are going to play significantly different, or if this was happening before. I was just trying to figure out if was happening across the board, or if I was finally getting better as a hitter.
I know I am a terrible hitter, so I don't automatically assume I am getting better.
